Data Love AI

Your personal, AI Data Officer.

Hi Maya! 👋

I'm glad to help you shape your data analysis report.

To get started, can you tell me — in your own words — what kind of topic or question you want the report to address? It can be broad or specific, for example a business performance issue, a social or policy topic, trends over time, comparisons between groups, or something else entirely.

Once you share that, I can help you think through useful metrics, time frames, locations, or comparisons, and make sure the report is clear and actionable.

Review: Survey Design

Neighbor Experience Survey — Participation Analysis

🗂️ Program: Pantry Network 📅 Generated: April 11, 2026 📊 Data source: warehouse.curated.survey_neighbor_experience 🔒 Includes partial responses

1. Survey Design & Participation Overview

The Neighbor Experience Survey received 4,217 total responses across 32 distinct questions. Of these, 2,891 (68.6%) were complete submissions and 1,326 (31.4%) were partial responses. Respondents represented 147 unique locations across all five service districts.

💡 Including partial responses increases the analyzable sample by 45.9%, providing substantially broader coverage of respondent perspectives.

Complete Responses2,891 (68.6%)
Partial Responses1,326 (31.4%)

Distinct Locations147
Survey PeriodSep 15 – Dec 20, 2025

2. Response Accumulation Over Time

Responses accumulated steadily, with a notable acceleration in mid-October following a targeted outreach push. The cumulative response rate reached 50% by October 18 and 90% by November 28.

3. Geographic Participation

The North District accounted for the largest share of responses (31.2%), consistent with the district's higher concentration of food pantry locations on the reservation system. The West District showed the highest completion rate at 74.1%, while the South District had the lowest response volume but highest per-pantry participation.

DistrictResponses% of TotalCompletion Rate
North1,31631.2%66.3%
East1,05525.0%69.8%
Central80219.0%71.2%
West67616.0%74.1%
South3688.7%63.9%

4. Question-Level Response Rates

Early survey questions (Q1–Q8) maintained response rates above 90%, indicating strong initial engagement. Drop-off was most pronounced between Q18 and Q24, where rates fell below 65% — suggesting these questions may benefit from repositioning or simplification in future survey iterations.

💡 Data limitation: Question-level rates reflect the proportion of respondents who reached each question, not skip patterns. Some partial responders may have exited mid-survey rather than skipping specific questions.

Quarterly Program Report: Pantry Network — Q1 2026

Executive Summary

Across our five core programs, we served approximately 1.2 million people in Q1 2026 — a 12.3% increase over Q4 2025. This report focuses on the Pantry Network, which accounted for 33% of total service volume with approximately 618,000 visits across 612 active pantry sites. The North District continued to account for the largest share of pantry activity (31.2%), while the West District showed the strongest quarter-over-quarter growth at 18.4%.

Key Findings

Average household size among pantry visitors remained stable at 3.2 members, consistent with prior quarters. The Neighbor Experience Survey, which concluded in December 2025 with 4,217 responses, revealed that 76% of respondents used our pantry reservation system as their primary method for locating food assistance — up from 62% in the 2024 survey cycle. Cross-program analysis (forthcoming) will examine how Pantry Network households also engaged with School Meals, Senior Nutrition, and SNAP Outreach.

Data Limitations

This analysis reflects operational data from the Pantry Network only. Activity from our School Meals, Senior Nutrition, SNAP Outreach, and Mobile & Education programs is covered in separate program reports. Survey data includes both complete and partial responses; question-level response rates vary as described in the Participation Analysis report.
